Each set contains seven galvanized steel spikes for maximum grip and minimal wear.
If you already own an SG or SG-L, you can easily convert it into an SG-X or SG-LX yourself.
You will need 2 sets, in total 14 spikes.

Assembly: You first need to drill a hole with a diameter of max. 4.2mm and a depth of max. 9mm into the pre-drilled holes in the sole. Screw in the spikes until they fit snugly.
Attention: Do not overtighten the spikes, otherwise the spikes will lose their grip and get lost. To ensure a particularly firm grip, we recommend additionally securing the spikes with glue. We use the glue "Ergo, Type 5039 Gel" for this.
Important Note: When using spikes, we recommend using only NEW hoof boots with an intact sole and no abrasion, otherwise there is a risk that the spike will push through.
